HISTORY
Founded as early as in June 1999, The Seth Ram Bahadur Singh Gujarati College has charted an eventful journey of over twenty years in both academic and non-academic fields. It was established in response to an urgent need for more higher education institutions in the busy commercial town of Kochi. Initially, the college was unaffiliated to any university in Kerala and only offered commerce as a course at pre-degree and undergraduate level.
However, thanks to the tireless efforts of the Gujarati Mahajan, the Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam granted the college affiliation starting from the academic session 2002-2003. Equipped with its new status as an affiliated college, Seth Ram Bahadur Singh Gujarati College began to script a new chapter in the area of higher education. It offers self-financing degree and postgraduate courses like - B. Com Honors, M. Com, BBA(AICTE) and BCA(AICTE).
